The Suzuki Jinny Features That Have Stayed Two Decades Later

The world has undoubtedly drastically changed as compared to the 1900’s. Throughout this time, technology hadn’t spread its wings as it has today and it had been a period of much controversy. The economy then was at its best and it was almost impossible to hear about cases of terrorism. Forget about downloading music so quickly today through iTunes, that was unheard of during that time. However, a few years after the innovative minds, we turned to a modern age where technology is booming and there’s massive surveillance.

With the rapid changes continuing in virtually every sector, it is different to get a Japanese automotive company, Suzuki that has maintained the make of the cars ever since. They are still producing virtually unchanged motor vehicles in the current day. The four by four and off-road vehicles became increasingly demanded on the market which triggered the company to create the Suzuki Jinny. Over time other models as Range Rovers and the Subaru have chosen to improve the appearance and make of their cars to incorporate the current technology but things have remained the same for the Jinny. People may never believe it, but it’s been more than two decades’ production of the Jinny in the same car plant it was first produced without any modification.

It’s a Miniature 4*4

Most 4* off-road vehicles are characterized by space and most of them have five doors which is not the case for the Jinny. It’s a rare kind with three doors which means it is smaller but cannot be compared to the utility it gives. It has back seats which when going for events like road trips are better off put down because you need the space for your tents and luggage. If you like space, then this version is not for you.

Reliability

Amazingly reliable is the explanation for a Suzuki Jinny Hence the reason you’ll seldom see the Jinnys in the Tokyo Automotive workshop. This model was created in a time when car design was considerably simpler hence the capability to better to grow and increase reliability. The gearbox and suspension make the vehicle tougher and has proved an excellent off-road record. It can do 60,000 miles off-road under the maker’s warranty and that’s not an offer you get on cars easily.

The Cost

Most off-road cars will prove expensive leaving you with an alternative of the Jinny. But if you plan to remain on the road time to time, it’s a good idea to think about other better options. Its off-road engineering and drive train gives the Jinny an appearance suggesting lower prices than what it goes for.

Another of its drawback is that the limited distance which makes it Unsuitable for a family car. Ultimately, the space thing limits its appeal.
